“…Circular dichroism spectra at 222 nm and 230 nm were collected at 1 K increments using a Chirascan CD Spectrometer (Applied Photophysics, Leatherhead, UK). Temperature ramping at 0.5 K/min was carried out by a TC125 temperature controller (Quantum Northwest, Liberty Lake, WA) and a Julabo AWC100 recirculating cooler.
