Product Overview

The Brr 20/8454 is a temperature-controlled cuvette holder for the range of +110 °C down to -55 °C. It is designed for use in the open sample compartment of your 8452, 8453 and 8454 Diode Array System. Set and maintain precise sample temperatures and stir at a steady reproducible rate, while bathing the cuvette in a controlled gaseous environment. This product is provided with a windowed vest to enhance performance at low temperatures and minimize condensation that may form on the windows. Circulating water is used to remove heat from the Peltier heat exchanger. Operate the Brr 20/8454 using the Agilent ChemStation software (with a Quantum Northwest driver available now as a free download), or use the TC 1B Temperature Controller, included in the purchase price. For additional control and temperature monitoring, use Quantum Northwest’s computer control software, T-App, available for purchase.
