Brr 30/RF6000

The Brr 30/RF6000 is a temperature-controlled cuvette holder for use from +110 °C down to -55 °C. It is adapted for the Shimadzu RF-6000 Spectrofluorophotometer. The Brr 30/RF6000 mounts in the sample compartment, replacing the existing cuvette holder and providing a utility panel for the front of the RF6000. To accommodate the utility panel, you will need to purchase a special front cover. Use the Brr 30/RF6000 to set and maintain precise sample temperatures and stir at a steady reproducible rate, while bathing the cuvette in a controlled gaseous environment. This product is provided with a windowed vest to enhance performance at low temperatures and minimize condensation that may form on the windows. Circulating water is used to remove heat from the Peltier heat exchanger. Control the Brr 30/RF6000, using the TC 1B Temperature Controller included in the purchase price. For additional control and temperature monitoring, use Quantum Northwest’s computer control software, T-App, available for purchase. The RF-6000 is not yet capable of controlling the Quantum Northwest product.
