Brr 30/stnd
Temperature-controlled cuvette holder with extended low temperature response on a standard base and support postThe Brr 30/stnd is a temperature-controlled cuvette holder for use from +110 °C down to -55 °C. It has three optical ports, primarily for use with fluorescence spectroscopy. This model is not adapted to a specific spectrophotometer. The cuvette holder is mounted on a post and simple base. It is intended for home-built instruments or for simply attaching to an optical breadboard. Use it to set and maintain precise sample temperatures and stir at a steady reproducible rate, while bathing the cuvette in a controlled gaseous environment. This product is provided with a windowed vest to enhance performance at low temperatures and minimize condensation that may form on the windows. Circulating water is used to remove heat from the Peltier heat exchanger. Control the Brr 30, using the TC 1B Temperature Controller included in the purchase price. For additional control and temperature monitoring, use Quantum Northwest’s computer control software, T-App, available for purchase.
