Product Overview

Use the qCHANGER 6/Shimadzu to measure the absorbance of six temperature-controlled samples at once. The qCHANGER 6/Shimadzu provides rapid, precise temperature control from over a wide range of temperatures. Precise, stepper-motor-driven magnetic stirring under in each cuvette ensures that each sample in the turret is studied under nearly identical conditions. This product is provided with a full sample tray consisting of a mounting base, front panel and front extension, with utilities conveniently located on the side of the extension. A cuvette holder without temperature control is provided for the reference cuvette. Operate the TC 1/Single Temperature Controller using the menu button or through program T-App available from Quantum Northwest. When this unit is used in a Shimadzu UV-1800, a special version of T-App, called T-App(S) can be used to record absorbances from the spectrophotometer and plot them vs temperature.
