qX3/AB2

The qX3/AB2 is a temperature-controlled cuvette holder with three optical ports for the Aminco-Bowman Series 2 (AB2) Spectrofluorometer. The qX3/AB2 is mounted on a floorplate and front panel with utilities (wires and tubes) brought to the front panel for easy access. Use the qX3/AB2 to set and maintain precise sample temperatures and stir at a steady reproducible rate, while bathing the cuvette in a controlled gaseous environment. Although dependent on rapid, precise Peltier technology, no circulating water is required for normal operation from 0 °C to 110 °C. Purchase the low temperature option, consisting of a windowed vest and capability for liquid cooling, and operate the qX3/AB2 from 0 °C down to -35 °C. Purchase the extended temperature option to extend operation above 110 °C to 150 °C. Control the qX3/AB2, using the TC 1B Temperature Controller included in the purchase price. For additional control and temperature monitoring, use Quantum Northwest’s computer control software, T-App, available for purchase.
