qX3/F7100

The qX3/F7100 is a temperature-controlled cuvette holder with three optical ports adapted for mounting in the F-2700, F-2710, F-4700, or F-7100 Fluorescence Spectrophotometers from Hitachi. These instruments use the same sample tray design, permitting easy substitution of accessories. Remove the existing sample tray and insert the qX3/F7100. The new tray will place the cell holder in the light path and bring utility connections to the front panel of the spectrophotometer. Use the qX3/F7100 to set and maintain precise sample temperatures and stir at a steady reproducible rate, while bathing the cuvette in a controlled gaseous environment. Although dependent on rapid, precise Peltier technology, no circulating water is required for normal operation from 0 °C to 110 °C. Purchase the low temperature option, consisting of a windowed vest and capability for liquid cooling, and operate the qX3/F7100 from 0 °C down to -35 °C. Purchase the extended temperature option to extend operation above 110 °C to 150 °C. Control the qX3/F7100, using the TC 1B Temperature Controller included in the purchase price. For additional control and temperature monitoring, use Quantum Northwest’s computer control software, T-App, available for purchase.
