t2 Sport/Cary5000

The t2 Sport/Cary5000 is an inexpensive, compact, temperature-controlled holder a single cuvette that mounts in the forward sample position of the spectrophotometer. Use it for temperature ranges of about -15 °C to 110 °C. It is ideal for most biological studies, either to observe absorbance spectra at precisely maintained temperatures, or for temperature ramping, to observe how absorbance changes with temperature. Two options are available for bringing utilities (tubes and wires) out of the sample compartment. For laboratories that have the Agilent extended “nose” assembly, we can provide a simple access plate that mounts below the nose. Otherwise, you may purchase our PANEL/5000 option, which permits connections of the front of the spectrophotometer. Operate the TC 1/Single Temperature Controller using the menu button or control via program T-App. Use an ADL program for temperature ramping with WinUV ADL Shell software.
