Product Overview

Examine the effects of temperature on the circular dichroism (CD) of six samples at once. The Turret 6/AP provides rapid, precise temperature control from over a wide range of temperatures. Three optical ports around each cuvette permit CD measurement as well as optional fluorescence at 90 degrees. A secondary plastic shroud around the turret permits thorough gas purging around the cuvettes to eliminate moisture and oxygen. Precise, stepper-motor-driven magnetic stirring under in each cuvette ensures that each sample in the turret is studied under nearly identical conditions.
