Cuvette carriage for 10 x 10 mm square cell with fluorescence port

This cuvette carriage holds a standard 10 mm square cuvette (12.5 x 12.5 outside dimensions) in the CD 250 cuvette holder. This carriage differs from the CARR/10×10 by having a section opened to permit passage of fluorescence at 90 degrees. After placing the carriage in the CD 250, captured tie-down screws allow the user to screw the holder in position to make good thermal contact with the temperature-controlled base. The cuvette is positioned directly over the magnetic stirrer. The incident spectrometer beam passes through the cuvette at a z-height of 15 mm. When properly bathed in nitrogen flow, the cuvette is held in an environment free of oxygen and moisture.
